The Role
- Manage plumbing projects from start to finish
- Oversee projects valued $200K – $600K
- Coordinate a team of approximately 30 plumbers
- Manage budgets, variations, scheduling and delivery
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Work closely with the Construction Manager and wider PM team
About You
- Strong plumbing trade background – essential
- Previous commercial plumbing project management experience
- Experience managing teams and mid-sized projects
- Strong commercial, budgeting and communication skills
- Confident managing clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Valid driver's license
