The Role

This is a newly created position joining a close-knit QLD development team, currently deliveringlive projects.

As Assistant Development Manager, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of lifestylecommunity development — from site acquisition and feasibility through to DA, construction, and sales & marketing. This is a genuine stepping-stone role with strong mentorship from experienced practitioners and a clear pathway to progression.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting Development Managers across multiple projects in QLD
- Assisting with feasibility analysis, planning applications, and consultant management
- Coordinating due diligence, approvals,



and project documentation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders including the group's construction arm
- Tracking project milestones, budgets, and programme deliverables

You

- Tertiary qualification in property, planning, construction, or a related field
- Min 2–5years of experience in property development, town planning, engineering, project management or a related discipline
- Exposure to residential, masterplanned, or land lease development is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A cooperative team player who is eager to learn and grow
