Ventia is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our City of Sydney portfolio, coordinating maintenance programs across approximately 250 assets. You will forecast workloads, allocate resources, and maintain asset records to ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
You will work with the Maintenance Services Manager, monitor performance, and prepare reports and KPI metrics. This role offers versatile work location between Town Hall office and Alexandria Depot, with a 7:00 am–3:00 pm schedule.
