IBS Software Europe Limited in Sydney is seeking a Consultant - Application Support to provide technical consulting for the iFly Loyalty system and to handle user issues via email and chat. You will manage tickets through JIRA, analyse problems, and implement permanent fixes while coordinating deployments and post-deployment verification.

Required qualifications include a bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
