Charterhouse is recruiting a Practice Manager for its East Melbourne practice. The role reports to Partners and focuses on running the day-to-day operations, supporting a team of about 17 staff, and enhancing client and staff experiences. The position is full time, onsite, with a 37.5-hour week.
You will coordinate HR, onboarding/offboarding, and system improvements, while supporting recruitment and integration of new teams as the business grows.
