Job: Dynamics365 Business Analyst Location: Melbourne, VIC Contract: 6 months fixed term or Contract Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business and technology stakeholders. Understand current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation. Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Support prioritisation and backlog refinement activities. D365 CE Functional Responsibilities Drive functional design and solution configuration across D365 CE modules. Work closely with architects and development teams to ensure solution alignment. Configure and support core D365 CE functionality including: Customer and contact management Case management Sales and service processes Workflows and business process flows Assist in solution validation, UAT and business sign-off activities. Delivery & Change Support Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities. Support test planning, defect triaging and release activities.



Develop process documentation and provide user support/training where required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, reporting and data teams. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM). Robust workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capability. Experience writing business requirements, user stories and process documentation. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Understanding of CRM processes and customer lifecycle management. Experience supporting UAT and change management activities. Preferred Skills Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse). Understanding of integration concepts and APIs. Exposure to customer service and sales process transformation initiatives. Experience in construction, property, or home building industries preferred. Microsoft D365 certifications desirable.
