The Perisher Manor Hotel, positioned in a true ski‑in, ski‑out location at the base of the lifts in Perisher Ski Resort, is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage staff, waitstaff, bar staff, and counterhands to join our team for the 2026 Snow Season. Roles are available for an immediate start in our busy public bar and food court, cocktail bar and restaurant.
We’re looking for energetic individuals who enjoy a rapid‑paced environment, have experience in hospitality or customer service, and are available to work morning, day & evening shifts—including weekends and public holidays.
