We are looking for an AWS Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications leveraging up-to-date web technologies and AWS cloud services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build intuitive and responsive front‑end interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Create integration solutions connecting cloud and enterprise applications.
- Design and implement cloud‑native solutions using AWS services including Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives for client environments.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in workshops, solution design sessions, and technical discovery activities.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support during project delivery.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and reusable accelerators.
- Office Location – Sydney, Melbourne (preferred) and / or Brisbane
- Travel Opportunities – Occasional business travel.
Desired Qualifications
- AWS Certified Developer Associate, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or equivalent certification.
- Consulting or professional services experience.
- Experience with enterprise‑scale cloud transformation programs.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and cloud governance models.
- Experience with serverless architecture and event‑driven design patterns.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic.
