We are partnering with a well-established and growing financial planning firm seeking an Adviser Support professional to join their team.

This is more than just an administration role. It is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in financial advice, gain greater exposure to the advice process and develop the skills and experience needed to progress towards becoming an Adviser.

You’ll work closely with experienced Financial Advisers, support clients throughout their advice journey and gradually build your technical knowledge and client-facing capability.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced Advisers, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice while gaining exposure across the end-to-end advice process.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Supporting Advisers with the preparation and delivery of client advice
- Managing client communications and building strong client relationships
- Preparing and processing client documentation
- Assisting with the implementation of advice recommendations
- Coordinating client reviews and meeting preparation
- Liaising with product providers and external stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate client records and compliance requirements
- Managing advice and implementation workflows
- Developing your understanding of strategies, products and the broader advice process
- Taking on greater client and advice responsibilities as your experience develops

About You





This chance would suit someone already working within financial planning who is ready to build on their experience and move closer to an advice-focused career.

You may currently be working as a:

- Client Services Officer
- Senior Client Services Officer
- Adviser Support Officer
- Client Services Manager
- Financial Planning Administrator
- Paraplanner
- Associate Adviser

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
- A genuine ambition to progress towards becoming a Financial Adviser
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- An interest in developing your technical and advice knowledge
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Exposure to Xplan or a similar financial planning CRM
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on greater responsibility
