We're a family run butcher shop in Boonah, working direct with local farmers to bring real, honest meat to our community. No middlemen, no nasties, just good old fashioned butchery done properly.
We're looking for a skilled, reliable butcher to join our team.
The role
- Fast, accurate breakdown of beef, lamb, pork and chicken
- Friendly face on the shop floor - our customers know us by name
- Someone who takes pride in the trade and works well with a close knit team
What we're after
- 2+ years retail butchery experience preferred
- Robust knife skills
- Reliable, punctual, and genuinely enjoys the work
- Available weekdays and Saturdays (let us know your availability)
What you'll get
- $35-$45/hr depending on experience, plus a bonus program once personal and team targets are met

We ask for a short paid trial shift before starting, just so it's a good fit both ways.
