Key Responsibilities

- Launch and manage the residential HVAC division from the ground up
- Develop and execute business strategy and growth plans
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team
- Establish operational systems, processes, and supplier networks
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and service excellence
- Prepare the division for interstate expansion

About You

- Extensive experience in the residential HVAC / Air Conditioning & Refrigeration industry




- Proven leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, or Business Owner)
- Strong commercial and operational acumen
- Experience building or scaling a team or business unit
- Hands-on, proactive and results-driven mindset
