THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Head of Retail to join the Retail & Customer Experience Team on a permanent full-time basis, based in East Perth.

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused leader to drive growth across our B2C sales channels,



including the Retail Store, Bullion Room, and Digital Commerce platforms (eCommerce and storage accounts). In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to deliver commercial success, operational excellence, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

You will oversee the end-to-end performance of our omni-channel sales operations, creating a seamless and consistent customer experience across both physical and digital touchpoints. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to maximise revenue, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen cross-selling outcomes.

Leading a high-performing team, you will champion continuous improvement, foster a unified way of working, and ensure solid adherence to policies, procedures, and governance requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing our integrated omni-channel strategy and supporting the ongoing evolution of our retail operating model.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline, complemented by demonstrated leadership experience and a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive retail sales growth.Your background includes a strong understanding of retail buying, merchandising, and stock turn strategies,



enabling you to balance customer experience with commercial performance.

You are a commercially minded and strategic retail leader with extensive experience operating within an omni-channel environment and leading retail teams to deliver strong business outcomes.

Ideally, you will have an understanding of high jewellery and/or investing, with the ability to relate to a diverse customer base ranging from luxury jewellery enthusiasts to those seeking to investor in precious metals. This knowledge will enable you to deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trusted, long-term relationships.

You are confident leading teams through change, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Experience with retail business technology solutions will be highly regarded, as will knowledge of the precious metals industry. Most importantly, you bring a customer-focused mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into operational success.
