Uniting Goonellabah is seeking a part time Household Living Coach to lead and support care teams across residential households. You will coach staff to deliver person-centred, goal-aligned care that enhances resident wellbeing and independence, while modelling Uniting's values in daily practice.

The role emphasizes education, collaboration, and mentoring to translate principles into everyday routines that feel homelike and responsive. Strong communication and WHS knowledge are essential.
