The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne is seeking a Change Lead for the RCH Campus Mental Health Strategy. The role can be fixed term, part time or full-time (0.6–1.0 FTE) until 30/06/2027, at 80 hours per fortnight.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will drive SAPHER and related change initiatives, ensure timely delivery, and enable adoption across clinical and operational teams within a tertiary hospital setting.
