Youth Insearch is seeking a Head of Practice in NSW to lead safeguarding, practice improvement, and staff development across our youth-focused programs. You will design and deliver capacity-building content, set performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have tertiary qualifications in social work or related field, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, and experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in child protection, trauma and youth services.
