Working closely with the Chief Legal Counsel, this role will deliver legal, compliance, and risk management support across the organisation. It includes advising on and overseeing documentation, commercial contracts, agreements, and policies. Key responsibilities include negotiating, drafting, and executing complex transactions; supporting risk and due diligence processes; advising on legislative and regulatory developments; and helping prepare corporate policies, procedures, and compliance materials.

The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with the capacity to draft clear, practical commercial advice is also required.
