We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused full-time Trade Waiter to join our team at our Barangaroo location.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and set tables to ensure an organised, professional and comfortable dining environment
- Greet guests warmly and present menus and beverage lists
- Provide menu recommendations, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner in line with the restaurant's service standards
- Provide wine and beverage recommendations, including basic wine pairing guidance, and support the Sommelier team in delivering premium beverage service
- Assist with wine service, including presenting, opening,



and pouring wines in accordance with service standards
- Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Refill drinks as required and remove empty glassware and bottles efficiently
- Provide bills and process payments accurately, including handling cash and electronic transactions
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service throughout the entire guest experience

About You

- At least 2 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
- Good understanding of customer service standards and restaurant operations
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
