Site Supervisor / Foreman - Brisbane

$55–$60/hr + Vehicle/Allowance + Super

We are partnering with an established SEQ builder specialising in commercial & education projects to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman.

This is a site-based leadership role suited to someone who can confidently run day-to-day delivery, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and importantly, has a hands‑on attitude and is willing to roll their sleeves up when required.

The Role

- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily works
- Manage programme, quality and WHS
- Coordinate works within live environments + new builds
- Liaise with PMs, trades and key stakeholders
- Take a practical, hands‑on approach to getting the job done

About You

- Foreman / Site Supervisor experience within commercial construction
- Trade background, ideally carpentry
- Queensland Department of Education experience is a major advantage
- Experience working within live school environments
Solid trade coordination and communication skills
- Willing to roll up sleeves when required
