Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) is seeking an IT Service Operations Analyst to join our IT team and deliver high-quality support across end-user computing, Microsoft 365 and event technology. You’ll support staff, prep IT services for conferences and events, and provide in office and remote assistance during live events.

You will work closely with IT leadership to ensure consistent service delivery, troubleshooting, and readiness checks for events while developing broader IT
