With a flat structure, modern systems and a genuinely collaborative culture (no suits, no late-night heroics), we’re hiring our 23rd team member to help us support a growing portfolio of corporate and high-growth clients.

The opportunity

Work alongside four Partners (one founder + three younger partners) on larger corporate groups while owning and growing your own client base. You’ll make decisions, shape client strategy and continue to develop your own skill set.

What you’ll do

Manage a portfolio of entertainment/media clients (companies, trusts, partnerships, sole traders) and build your own book over time.

Prepare and review income tax returns, financial statements and working papers.

Provide advisory on structuring, CGT (incl. small business concessions), Div 7A, FBT, GST, inter-entity transactions and ATO reviews.

Research tax issues and prepare client-ready advice; liaise with ATO/OSR and external advisors (legal, finance, production).

Mentor juniors, manage workflow in XPM, and drive high-quality, on-time deliverables without overtime.

You’ll bring





CA/CPA complete or in progress and 2+ years in Australian public practice.

Strong technical tax capability and sound judgement; comfortable reviewing others’ work.

Proficiency with Xero & Xero Practice Manager (experience with MYOB/QBO a plus).

Clear communication, client empathy and a team mindset.

Nice to have (we’ll teach the rest)

Exposure to entertainment/creative industries (e.g., Producer/PDV Offsets, royalties, international talent, special-purpose entities).

Experience with FYI Docs/HowNow, Dext/Hubdoc, and ATO audit correspondence.
