Purple Patch Consulting is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to assist NDIS participants in their own homes. The role focuses on enabling greater independence, dignity and choice, with shifts across a 24/7 roster and consistent hours where possible.

Onboarding and ongoing training are provided; workers use a rostering app and a company tablet to complete notes and review care plans. This is casual, with competitive wages and a qualified team supporting you.
