Shimano Australia is seeking an experienced National Service Centre Manager to lead our National Service Centre in Caringbah. You will oversee reel servicing, repairs, warranty claims, and technical product support, while guiding Reel Technician and Customer Support teams.

Demonstrated leadership in service operations, robust mechanical aptitude for fishing products, and expertise with ERP/CRM systems are essential to drive continuous improvement and exceptional service for our retail partners
