An established and growing professional service group with over 150 staff is seeking a Lending Adviser Assistant to work directly alongside a high performing Mortgage Broker / Lending Adviser.
This is a key support role responsible for managing the loan process from application through to settlement, ensuring a seamless client experience with genuine flexibility and long term career growth built into the role

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting loan applications
- Collecting and reviewing supporting documentation
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients
- Managing CRM updates and compliance requirements
- Tracking applications through to approval and settlement
- Providing proactive client communication and follow ups
About You
- Experience in mortgage broking as an assistant or support role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- Self motivated and able to work autonomously
- Skilled approach
- Ambitious and looking for a long term career in mortgage broking
