Field Service Technician - Prestons (ATR-F221)

Join Komatsu as a Service Technician and work on a range of industry-leading forklifts, keeping our customers moving.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be diagnosing, repairing and maintaining equipment both in the workshop and out in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Service, repair and maintain forklifts and materials handling equipment.
- Diagnose faults and perform breakdown repairs.
- Complete preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Work closely with customers to deliver high-quality service.
- Accurately complete service reports and documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to OEM standards.

What You’ll Bring

- Trade qualification (Automotive / Diesel / Plant Mechanic or similar).
- Experience working on forklifts or mobile equipment (highly regarded).




- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset.
