What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of trade experience with relevant culinary qualifications
Exceptional leadership and people management skills
Creativity and flair, with a passion for pushing culinary boundaries
Strong operational and problem-solving abilities
Experience in high-volume, high-profile environments is a huge advantage
