This is an exciting opportunity to join a privately owned investment and operating group focused on acquiring, developing and growing premium consumer, lifestyle and specialty retail businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
The Group is entering an exciting period of growth, with an expanding portfolio of established and highly recognised consumer brands and a clear strategy to continue investing in and scaling its businesses. This creates an opportunity for a Finance Director to play a key role in shaping the financial infrastructure, commercial performance and governance of the Group as it enters its next phase.
Reporting to the Operating Partner and working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership, commercial insight and strong governance, while maintaining ownership of the broader finance function.
The role will have end-to-end responsibility across financial reporting, taxation, treasury, cash flow, risk management, compliance, financial planning and governance, while also partnering with the broader leadership team to improve profitability, support investment decisions and enable sustainable growth.
A key component of the role will be building a scalable and commercially focused finance function that can support the Group's continued expansion, including potential acquisitions, new investments and integration of businesses into the broader portfolio.
This is a high-impact Finance Director opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and wants to be closely involved in both the strategic and operational aspects of a growing business.
