Ventia is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a team of ~15 Customer Service Coordinators within our 24/7 National Contact Centre across Australia. You will lead day-to-day performance, optimize workload, and ensure high-quality customer service.

You will coach, mentor and manage staffing, coverage, and incidents while monitoring KPIs and SLAs. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving are essential, with a team-oriented, hands-on leadership style.
