We're looking for an experienced ICT Project Officer to join a Federal Government team in Barton, ACT on an initial 3-month contract with a possible 3-month extension. This is a 100% onsite role supporting end users across Australia and overseas, providing frontline ICT support and contributing to the delivery of reliable, customer-focused ICT services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing Level 1/2 ICT support across hardware, software, networking and user accounts
- Managing and resolving helpdesk requests and incidents
- Supporting Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments
- Administering Active Directory, Azure AD, devices and ICT assets
- Supporting ICT projects, rollouts, upgrades and testing
- Maintaining documentation, knowledge articles and user guides
- Supporting cyber security activities, patching and access management

To be successful you'll have:

- Current Baseline Security Clearance (essential)
- Experience providing ICT support within the Australian Public Service
- Robust Microsoft on-prem and cloud administration skills
- Active Directory and Azure AD experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Understanding of ITIL principles (desirable)
