Business Development Manager - Pubs, Clubs & Hospitality Commercial Furniture

My client is a leading commercial furniture manufacturer and supplier to the hospitality industry, who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join their Sydney team.

This exciting opportunity involves managing a portfolio of clients within the Sydney area, including Pubs, Clubs and Function Centres.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with General Managers, Operation Managers, Architects, Specifiers, and Project Managers
- Generate recent leads, provide quotes, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Coordinate installation and provide after-sales support
- Work with the existing Account Manager to maintain and develop existing contacts in the industry
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance targets
- Coordinate projects with production and operational teams

Requirements





- Current exposure in a sales or business development role, selling into the Club Industry or Hospitality sector
- Previous experience in commercial furniture sales preferred – will look at other products to include flooring, bottle/glasses or anything else sold into the Club Industry
- Existing relationships and contacts within the industry are highly valued
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to sales
- Energetic, positive attitude towards sales and growth
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and specification
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- Must be able to travel within the designated territory

- $90,000 to $120,000 + Super + Company Car
