Whatyou’lldo:
Providetimely,trustedand commercial advice on employment,partner,health andsafety andgeneralworkplacematters.
Leadand advise oncomplexconduct and workplace investigations.
Drive initiatives to improve the firm’s approach to people matters andensure compliancewith evolving employment law obligations.
Lead the firm’s response toemployee and partnerdisputes, including by managing external legal counsel.
Build solid and trusted relationships with internal clients and governance bodies.
Collaborate with and support other corporate functions,including People& Culture, the Partnership OfficeandRiskand Compliance.
Whatwe’relooking for:
Over2years’post-qualificationexperience in employment law matters, preferably witha mix of bothprivate practiceand in-houseexperience.
Confidenceinadvisingsenior managementwithclear andconciseadvice(both written and verbal).
Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, as well as an ability to buildstrongrelationships.
Provenabilitytoidentifyand consider critical issues and articulate legaland reputationalrisksto supportrisk-based,commercial decisions.
Experienceworking within aformal governanceframework to ensure consistency and appropriateness of decision making.
Experience with modern awards, whistleblower matters and regulator engagement.
