Project
The Enterprise Rostering (UKG Implementation) Project is a large scale, single enterprise-wide rostering solution for the department. The objective of the project is to consolidate the department's various rostering and timesheet tool sets and processes into a unified enterprise-wide solution that will deliver efficiencies and benefits for all employees.
Role
The UKG Pro WFM Specialist SME will report to the UKG Pro WFM Lead and provide specialist product and functional expertise to support the design, configuration, testing, implementation and transition of UKG Pro WFM for the department.
Accountabilities
- Provide specialist UKG Pro WFM subject matter expertise to support the functional design, configuration, testing and implementation of the enterprise rostering, timesheet and leave solution.
- Support the UKG Pro WFM Lead in delivering the functional implementation workstream, including design workshops, configuration workbook completion, documentation, reporting and system procedures.
- Advise project teams and stakeholders on UKG Pro WFM features, functions, usage and best practice approaches across timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, activities,
analytics and related workforce management capabilities.
- Contribute to requirements validation, process analysis and solution design activities by translating operational requirements into practical UKG Pro WFM configuration and delivery outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience working as a UKG Pro WFM specialist, subject matter expert, functional consultant or equivalent role on UKG Pro Workforce Management or Kronos implementation projects.
- Specialist knowledge of one or more UKG Pro WFM functional areas such as time and attendance, accruals, optimised rostering, forecasting, activities, analytics, data hub and integrations.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to UKG Pro WFM solution design, configuration, workbook completion, testing and deployment readiness activities in a large and complex organisation.
- Experience interpreting business, operational, industrial or workforce management requirements and translating them into practical UKG Pro WFM design, configuration and testing outcomes.
- Solid stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, including the ability to explain complex system concepts to project teams, business users and senior stakeholders.
