About Everlab Everlab is redesigning preventative
healthcare. We combine advanced diagnostics, AI enabled technology
and current medical research to give members deeply personalised
care built around longevity and lifestyle. We find and act on
health risks before symptoms show up. We recently raised $65

Australia's Top Startups. The role We want to build the best
nutrition service in the world. It's a big goal and we're not there
yet, but it's the one we're working towards, and it shapes who we
bring on. You'll deliver nutrition consultations to members across
Australia and New Zealand, translating their diagnostic data into a
plan they will actually follow. You'll work alongside doctors,
exercise physiologists and care managers on one integrated care
team, and you'll help shape how the nutrition offering works as it
continues to scale. This is a contract role to start, with real
potential to grow into something permanent. What you'll do Deliver
personalised nutrition consultations by video, translating members'
diagnostic data into specific, evidence based nutrition and
lifestyle plans Run gut health consultations off the back of our
microbiome testing, and film walkthroughs that take members through
their own results Support members between consultations through
async care. Writing the plan is the easy part, behaviour change is
the job. Work with Everlab doctors and allied health clinicians so
members get one coherent health plan Contribute to our GLP-1
program Help shape our products as it develops, and tell the
product team what isn't working. Your feedback ships. Who tends to

diagnostic results You're comfortable working at the top of your
scope. You'll use your full dietetic training here Preventative

find it interesting, not because you have to. You want to work at
the cutting edge. New tools, new evidence, new ways of delivering
care. The parts that aren't settled yet are the parts you find
interesting. You're good at behaviour change. You've shifted real
habits in real people and you can describe how. You're proactive.
You spot the thing that needs doing and do it How we use AI We use
AI across the business, and we're looking for clinicians who work
the same way. In practice that means you already use AI day to day,
you're curious about what's coming, and you like experimenting with
it. What you'll need Required Accredited Practising Dietitian with
Dietitians Australia Minimum 3 years post qualification experience
Availability of 15+ hours per week (the more the better) Based in
Australia with the right to work here ABN, professional indemnity
insurance and public liability insurance, or the ability to obtain
them Strongly preferred Digital health, telehealth or startup
experience Gut health experience Experience supporting people on
GLP-1 medications Confidence interpreting biomarker data Background
in sports nutrition, exercise science or performance dietetics What
