Position Description

As a result of growth within the Property Finance team, they are looking for a senior lawyer or senior associate level lawyer to work closely with one of their partners.

As a pre-eminent practice, you will be involved in acting on some of the largest and most complex transactions in the region, including:





- Domestic and cross-border financings.
- Loan portfolio acquisitions and sales.
- Restructuring and distressed debt.

Requirements

You will have at least 4 years' experience in finance law (ideally with a focus on property finance) from a notable practice in Australia or another English speaking jurisdiction.

In addition, you will have:

- A willingness to work autonomously on smaller, less complex matters whilst being a team player on larger, more complex matters;and
- An ability to consistently present a positive image of self, the team and the firm.
