Ausmech Mechanical Services – Mount Thorley NSW

Ausmech Mechanical Services is located in the Mount Thorley industrial estate.
This is a newer role within our business, as our light & heavy vehicle workshop is growing.

Your role:

- Being the face of the service department & liaising directly with customers
- Greeting customers / Customer liaison
- Taking service, rego check & breakdown calls
- Scheduling in jobs for the workshop
- Creating job cards & allocating work
- Liaising with our parts department on parts required for jobs
- Providing updates to customers on work progress/additional work required
- Gaining fleet approvals for repair work
- Submitting quotes & estimates for work required
- Assisting with booking of plant and forklift repairs/servicing where required

What we're looking for:

- A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Punctual & able to work well in a small team environment
- Robust knowledge of vehicle repair & maintenance
- Strong computer, email and phone skills
- Experience with Workshop Software, Autodata & Navigator is an advantage
