ABOUT THE ROLE

We areseekinghighly motivated and experienced EOD / UXO Technicians to support the delivery of UXO and Explosive Ordnance Material (EOM) identification, survey, remediation, and risk management projects across Australia.

This is a hands-on field-based role offering diverse and challenging work in a safety-critical environment, working alongside experienced professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct UXO clearance, field validation, safetysupportand remediation operations.
- Identifymilitary munitions, explosive remnants of war (ERW), and associated components.
- Excavate and investigate subsurface anomalies and UXO targets.
- Maintainastrong adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Plan/conductrisk management and mitigation activities
- Prepare field documentation, technical reports, and project records.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE





- Graduate of a recognised Military Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) School or equivalent civilian qualification consisting of a minimum of 200 hours of formal instruction.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in remote locations, variable terrain, and challenging environmental conditions.
- A solid interest in developing leadership capabilities, with a view to progressing into supervisory and project management roles
- Hold current Manual Drivers Licence or willing to obtain.
- Australian citizenship and ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
