Queensland Health's Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Workforce to provide strategic and operational leadership across the Nursing Workforce Service, coordinating casual and permanent relief pools and AIN support.

You will drive workforce planning, staffing strategies and performance monitoring, partnering with senior nursing leaders to ensure the right mix of staff to meet service needs, budgets and patient care goals.
