Currently running different venues across Regional NSW and Sydney . Happysoul Catering Group is described as a fast-growing, supportive employer. HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY is looking for Skilled Cooks to join our dedicated kitchen team to run our outlets at 55/59 Pudman St, Boorowa NSW 2586 Australia Requirements

- Must be experienced working as Cook
- Cooking and preparing the dishes in our menu
- Prepare ingredients including vegetables, proteins, sauces and

condiments for daily kitchen operations

- Following and maintaining OH & S procedures in the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, storage and

rotation of kitchen ingredients





- Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Stock rotation and reordering
- Presentation and plating of food
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Positive Communications Skills
- Well Experience using commercial kitchen equipments

Skills and Qualifications

- AQF associate degree, Certificate III or Certificate IV in relevant Hospitality qualification.
- Prior experience as a Cook or Chef minimum 1

Year .

- Strong knowledge of cooking methods and operating kitchen tools and equipment.
- Ability to work Full Time.
- Flexible to work on a rotating roster.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
