Sales Conversion Specialist - Zeus4x4 Accessories

From bullbars and canopies to trays, roof racks and other 4x4 accessories, we are focused on building products that look great, perform in the real world and give our customers confidence when they head off-road.

We are looking for a driven Sales Conversion Specialist to join our team and help take our sales to the next level.

The Role

This is not an order-taking or customer service role.

Your primary responsibility will be to take customers who have already shown interest in our products and turn those enquiries into sales.

You will be following up customers who have requested quotes, asked questions, visited our website, contacted us through social media or previously expressed interest in our products.

You will need to be confident picking up the phone, understanding what the customer wants, overcoming objections and ultimately asking for the sale.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Calling and following up warm sales leads.
- Following up quotes and enquiries that have not yet converted.
- Contacting customers who have abandoned or delayed purchases.
- Building rapport with customers and understanding their vehicle and requirements.
- Recommending the right Zeus 4x4 products for each customer.
- Explaining product features, benefits, pricing and availability.
- Overcoming common objections such as price, timing and lead times.
- Creating urgency where appropriate around stock availability and pre-orders.
- Converting enquiries into confirmed orders and payments.




- Upselling and cross-selling complementary 4x4 accessories.
- Increasing average order value through complete vehicle solutions.
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales notes in our CRM.
- Following up leads consistently until they purchase or clearly decline.
- Working closely with the sales, warehouse and management teams.
- Meeting individual sales and conversion targets.

- Loves sales and closing deals.
- Is confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
- Is persistent and understands that most sales require follow-up.
- Can handle objections without becoming pushy or aggressive.
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Is motivated by targets, commissions and achieving results.
- Can identify opportunities to upsell and increase order value.
- Is organised and follows a structured sales process.
- Takes ownership of their leads rather than waiting for customers to come back.
- Has a genuine interest in 4WDs, vehicles, camping or the Australian outdoors.
- Is energetic, competitive and hungry to succeed.

Experience

- Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- 4WD accessories
- Automotive parts
- Retail sales
- B2B or B2C sales
- Customer service with robust sales experience
- Furniture, electronics, telecommunications or similar sales environments
- 4WD experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- What matters most is your ability to communicate, follow up and close sales.
