About the Job:

We’re seeking a Draftsperson/Engineer to support our growing pipeline of specialised logistics and engineering projects. You will bring experience with 3D modelling and drafting in the SolidWorks CAD suite and take the lead in developing detailed site offloading plans. An engineering background is preferred as you will be required to perform load calculations in the course of your work. Experience in AutoCAD is also preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

You will have the following responsibilities.

Lead the development of 3D site offload plans to support our site teams in jack and skate offloads

Perform basic engineering calculations including ground bearing pressure, centre of gravity,



bending and deflection

Develop 3D models of transport cargo and trailer fleet

Produce 3D rendering outputs from 3D models for use in engineering plans and marketing outputs

Produce lashing diagrams and detailed transport plans

Perform swept path analysis and drawings using AutoCAD

Participation in engineering workshops and safety reviews as a subject matter expert

Write and review engineering reports

About You:

You will bring the following.

Degree-qualified in Engineering

Proficiency in SolidWorks with any experience in transport or cranage applications welcomed

Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Previous experience in transport, logistics, cranage, construction, or infrastructure environments

Capable of working autonomously and efficiently under a hybrid working arrangement

Willingness to travel for site visits and client engagements as needed

Experience/proficiency with AutoCAD suite

Experience/proficiency in Adobe software suite
