We're looking for an experienced Wedding Coordinator to join our team at Full Throttle Group.
THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for helping our couples bring their dream wedding to life - from the initial planning stages right through to the big day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating weddings from planning through to completion
- Meeting with couples and understanding their vision
- Managing timelines, suppliers, vendors and event details
- Coordinating wedding days and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Liaising with clients, staff and external suppliers
- Managing set-up, pack-down and event logistics
- Problem-solving calmly and professionally when things don't go to plan
- Ensuring our couples receive an exceptional experience from start to finish
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous wedding coordination or event management experience
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Can confidently manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Is professional, approachable and well presented
- Can remain calm under pressure
- Has a genuine passion for weddings and creating memorable experiences
- Is confident working independently while also being part of a team
- Has flexibility to work weekends and wedding days as required
