Bayside Health is seeking a Social Worker to join the HIV Service within the Alfred Care Group. The role covers inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, delivering comprehensive psychosocial care to people living with HIV and their families.

The position involves outreach clinics, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and a focus on reducing stigma while supporting complex care needs. Fixed term until Feb 2027, full time hours.
