Our innovative multi-award winning practice is seeking enthusiastic, professional, and skilled psychologists to join our highly respected team. You'll be part of a dynamic, trauma-informed, neuroaffirming and supportive environment that focuses on delivering high-quality mental health services to children, teens and adults with a range of presenting issues.

We offer a variety of roles, including full-time, part-time, salaried (employed) or contracted psychologist positions, designed to meet the diverse needs of our ever-growing team.

Located in Sydney Hills District, Mindworx Psychology is a vibrant private practice featuring seven professional sunlit consulting rooms overlooking the lake. Our clinic is ideally positioned next to Norwest Metro and Norwest shopping centre and lake, making it easily accessible for both staff and clients.

At Mindworx, we pride ourselves on offering excellence in clinical psychology. Our team includes registered and clinical psychologists, clinical psychology registrars, and a well established client services team, ensuring the smooth delivery of mental health care to individuals, families, and businesses across Australia.

The Role

We currently have full-time (20 client sessions/38 hour week) and part-time opportunities (from 4 sessions/week) available.

weekly primary supervision with your chosen external board-approved supervisor,

paid Prep program - join other Registrars around Australia, get connected and access some of the best training available

fortnightly group supervision with our internal board-approved supervisors,

on-demand secondary supervision and management from our in-house board-approved supervisors.

You’ll be encouraged to explore your areas of passion, with comprehensive support every step of the way.

What We Are Looking For

Registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.

Eligibility for registration with Medicare.

Passion for psychology and providing therapy that makes a real difference.

Strong skills in a range of therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, Schema, IFS).

For Registrars, demonstrated competency in CBT, with a readiness to extend skills.

Clinical competence in treating mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and loss.

Warm, approachable, and ready to contribute to our supportive, friendly team workplace.

Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and commitment to professional development.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A commitment to professional development and self-reflective practice

Post-graduate training is a plus, but we're looking for the right fit, so if you align with our values of clinical excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience or interest in working with both children and adults across the lifespan.

Experience or willingness to train in assessments (e.g., WISC, WIAT, MIGDAS, ADOS) is desirable.
