We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Registrar to join our Marketing and Community Relations team in a pivotal whole-school role.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the enrolment journey for future students and families while ensuring the integrity of the School's student records and data systems.
The Prospect
As Registrar, you will be the central point of connection for student enrolment, admissions and records management across the School. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in attracting, enrolling and supporting students throughout their MLC School journey.
You will oversee the end-to-end enrolment process, maintain student records and attendance data, coordinate orientation programs, and provide valuable enrolment insights that support strategic planning and decision-making.
This role combines strong relationship management with exceptional attention to detail, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people, processes and data.
Some evening and occasional Saturday work will be required to support enrolment events, information evenings, tours and orientation programs.

You are a proactive and service-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You enjoy working with families, building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences, while also ensuring accuracy, compliance and attention to detail.
You will bring:
- Experience in enrolments,
admissions, registrar functions or student administration.
- Strong data management and reporting capabilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with families and senior stakeholders.
- A high level of discretion, integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable role, preferably within an educational environment.
- Current Working with Children Check.
