The Opportunity

Supporting this senior leader, this role will see you become the trusted right-hand to a commercially astute executive with an impressive career track record. This is a role for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys operating at pace, thrives on building trusted relationships and takes pride in anticipating the needs of a senior leader before they arise.
The Responsibilities
As Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and calendar management across competing priorities
- Coordinating travel, meetings and executive logistics
- Preparing presentations, reports, briefing papers and correspondence
- Acting as the key liaison between your Executive, leadership team and broader business
- Managing expenses, approvals and executive administration
- Building strong relationships across the wider Executive Assistant network
- Supporting leadership meetings, projects and business initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 5+ years' experience supporting C-Suite or Executive Leadership within a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting senior executives within financial services, investment, infrastructure or other large corporate or professional services environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities and anticipate the needs of your Executive.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage at senior levels.
- Excellent judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
- A calm, polished and adaptable approach, remaining composed in a fast-paced environment.
- A warm, personable style and genuine desire to build a trusted, long-term partnership with your Executive.
- Strong commercial acumen and the maturity to operate as an extension of your Executive.
