Dezire Homes is seeking a talented Carpenter - Maintenance all rounder to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This full time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our high end projects. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general carpentry, maintenance and repair tasks.

What you'll be doing

- Perform general carpentry tasks such as installation, repair and maintenance of fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, and other woodwork
- Diagnose and rectify issues, providing practical solutions to maintain the functionality and appearance of client properties
- Liaise with clients, property managers, and other trades to ensure a coordinated approach to property maintenance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
- Construct frameworks, install doors,



cladding and other structural components

What we're looking for

- Trade-qualified Carpenter with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Relevant carpentry qualification or trade certificate
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, and skilled in a range of maintenance tasks
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
