We’re looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to join a major ERP transformation, replacing a legacy Sage workplace with Oracle NetSuite across a complex, multi-entity organisation.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll own the data migration workstream end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for the overall strategy and plan, while also getting into the detail across extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation and reconciliation.

Initial daily rate contract position until July 2027

Data Migration Lead – NetSuite Implementation

Melbourne | Hybrid | Contract

Key responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end data migration strategy and delivery
- Extract and prepare data from Sage and other source systems
- Manage data cleansing and data quality activities
- Develop source-to-target mappings and transformation rules
- Prepare and manage NetSuite data upload templates
- Lead data validation, reconciliation and issue resolution
- Manage migration testing, mock loads and cutover activities
- Work closely with Finance,



Technology and external implementation partners
- Manage migration risks, issues, reporting and data readiness
- Develop a repeatable migration approach for future entity rollout waves

What we're looking for

- Proven experience leading end-to-end data migrations
- Strong NetSuite data migration experience
- ERP and finance data migration experience
- Experience with GL, Chart of Accounts, AP, AR, vendors, customers, fixed assets and financial balances
- Strong experience across mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading and reconciliation
- Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on
- Experience working across complex, multi-entity environments
