Rockingham Senior High School Education Support Centre (SHS ESC) is an Independent Public School for students in Years 7 to 12 with special educational needs and is co-located with Rockingham Senior High School. The Role

To be successful in this role, applicants should be highly motivated, providing integral support to the Manager Corporate Services (MCS) in a wide range of business operations such as administration, financial and human resource management. Ideally, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously.

In your role you will be supporting the MCS in the financial management of the school by undertaking financial planning, monitoring, research, reporting and analysis to meet established objectives and outcomes relative to the school’s business plan. The role includes supporting the MCS with administering the school’s financial resources, including purchasing, undertaking end-of-month and end of year procedures, checking for data integrity and collating figures for financial planning and budgeting. Applicants should have a strong working knowledge of RM Finance, RM Billing, Compass, Integris (SIS) and the Microsoft Office suite.
