De Silva Kids Clinic in Mill Park is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to co-develop and lead the OT arm of our paediatric clinic. This leadership role goes beyond caseloads and shapes the service model and clinical approach.

You’ll work with psychologists and speech pathologists, supervise junior OTs, and enjoy a supportive, therapist-led culture with versatile scheduling and dedicated PD time.
