As a privacy lawyer, you will need to:

- Have a minimum of 5 years PQE in-house or in private practice
- Lead the negotiation and drafting of complex technology and procurement agreements
- Advise stakeholders on procurement strategy, contracting structures and vendor risk management




- Support major technology transformation programs from procurement through implementation and operational phases
- Provide legal advice on intellectual property, cyber security, data governance and technology-related risk
