Opportunity This casual role supports the delivery and ongoing
compliance of Noumi’s Food Safety and Quality systems, processes,
and culture. You will play a hands-on role in laboratory testing,
quality assurance, and continuous improvement, working closely with
production and quality teams to ensure product safety, quality, and
customer expectations are consistently met. Conduct routine
chemical and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process,
and finished goods Analyse, report, and escalate test results,
non-conformances, and delays as required Support investigations,
root cause analysis, and additional testing activities Maintain
laboratory GLP, hygiene standards, and equipment care Contribute to
audits, document control, GMP, hygiene programs, and off-site




sample management Participate in daily operational meetings and
verification activities Drive continuous improvement across quality
systems, efficiency, and reliability Provide training, coaching,
and support to promote a strong food safety and quality culture
What you’ll bring Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Science,
Laboratory studies, or equivalent industry experience - highly
desirable Experience with quality and manufacturing systems;
microbiological and UHT experience preferred Strong understanding
of food safety, GMP, and quality standards Able to work
autonomously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines Flexible,
adaptable, and responsive in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention
